
Kui Jingqiu is currently the Deputy Dean of the Publishing School and a Member of the General Party Branch Committee at Zhejiang University of Media and Communications. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and completed postdoctoral research in Journalism and Communication. As a Professor and Master’s Supervisor, his research interests include publishing and new media operations, user information behavior, traditional culture communication, and knowledge services. He has published numerous papers in leading CSSCI-indexed journals, such as China Publishing, Science-Technology & Publishing, Publishing Research, Editorial Friend, Chinese Editor, Modern Publishing, and Future Communication. Additionally, he has authored four books and textbooks, including Short Video and Live Streaming Operations. He has led and contributed to multiple national and provincial-level research projects. In recent years, his work has centered on new media operations, with a particular focus on teaching, research, and practical services related to short videos and live streaming. He has successfully executed several projects in short video and new media operations for various organizations.
