Bai Zhongxian holds a postgraduate degree and a Master of Science. As an associate senior professional, his research focuses on smart publishing and knowledge services, digital education, and information resource management and evaluation. He has led eight national and provincial-level research projects, including grants from the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Program, and the Zhejiang Provincial Soft Science Research Plan. Additionally, he has contributed to more than ten major research initiatives, such as key projects under the National Social Science Fund and the Zhejiang Provincial Basic Public Welfare Research Program. He has authored over thirty academic papers, many of which are indexed in renowned databases including CSSCI, SSCI, SCI, and EI. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the National Social Science Fund, a thesis evaluator for the Ministry of Education, and a referee for several SSCI and EI journals.
